RESILIENCE III - Third And Final Phase Released For At-Home Workouts

Bakerfield, CA - RESILIENCE III is the Final installment of the Bakersfield College At-Home Training Program. This phase aims to bring back QUICK and EFFICIENT movement. 

The goal of phase 1, -RESILIENCE-, was to build general size and strength while training at home. This was accomplished through the use of ECCENTRIC muscle contractions to increase Time Under Tension. We then transitioned to an emphasis in in ISOMETRIC muscle contractions in RESILIENCE II. This helped to build strength and stability, enhancing the transfer of energy in dynamic movements.

RESILIENCE III gets back to normal speeds - no more isometric holds or slow eccentrics. It's time to test your metal and see what you have earned over the past 6 weeks! Remember to stay Disciplined - Technique Wins!

Be sure to follow the Progression as shown in the video and on the Excel sheet. This is a 2-Day program, done 2 times a week, for 2 weeks (8 workouts).
