Men's Soccer Continue Winning

The SMC Men's Soccer Team continues their fantastic season with a 6-1-4 record.

 On September 27th, the men hosted Glendale College. The endless Alexander Lalor opened the scoring in the 30' minute of the match, to score his 6th goal this season. The Irishman added an assist to Roey Kivity in the 50's minute to complete 4th assists this season. Taj Winnard complete the scoring thirty minutes before the last whistle, and Corsairs celebrated a 3-0 important win.

On September 30th, the Corsairs hosted Antelope Valley in a match full of events, and emotions, but not many goals. Antelope Valley had 17 fouls in the match and four yellow cards. The Corsairs couldn't stay indiferent to the aggressive game and reacted back, receiving 4 yellow cards of their own. 19 minutes in the game, Roey Kivity scored after an assist by Taj Winnard. in 63' minute, AVC managed to score the equalizer, and the teams finished the game 1-1.

Yesterday, October 4th, the men traveled to Bakersfield and played the Renegades. An extremely hard match was translated to a win. The Corsairs won 3-2 and continued their strong season.
