The FC soccer team hit the road for a non-conference match at Bakersfield College on Tuesday and shot out the Renegades 4-0.

Fullerton scored three goals within nine minutes to take a commanding lead beginning in the 35th minute when Diego Anaya bicycle-kicked in the first goal (assist by Joseph Espinoza). Arnold Gomez followed up with a corner-kick shot in the 40th minute that was fed by Cesar Zamora. Three minutes later, Rogelio Silva punched in a goal with the assist coming from Gomez.

Jose Luis Ruelas Jr. closed the door shut for good on Bakersfield scoring in the 89th minute (Pablo Lozano assist).

FC goalie Andres Ramirez was solid holding BC scoreless with 5 saves in 90 minutes.  

Up Next: The Hornets (2-0 overall) will play at the Mount San Antonio College Invitational September 3-5. FC will open up with national powerhouse Richland College this Friday, September 3rd at 6:00 pm.
