In its second-to-last game of the season, Citrus College fell 3-1 to Bakersfield College.
The Owls drop to 2-11-4 on the year and 0-6-1 in Western State Conference-South action. The Renegades improve to 7-6-5 overall and remain undefeated in conference with a 4-0-2 mark.
Bakersfield struck first in the seventh minute of the game, but Lance Becker found the equalizer for the Owls in the 33rd minute off a David Orozco assist.
The Renegades capitalized twice in the second half, however, to take the game 3-1 despite Alberto Orozco making eight saves in the goal to try to keep the Owls in the game.
Citrus closes out the season at Antelope Valley College on Tuesday, kicking off at 12:30 p.m.
