BASEBALL COMES BACK TO BEAT WEST LA

The BC baseball team defeated West LA 5-2, yesterday afternoon, to improve to (7-13, 2-2).  After finding themselves down 2-0 after six innings the Renegades offense erupted for six runs in the seventh inning to take the lead.  Thats all the runs that Frankie Villasenor, who came in in relief, would need to finish off West LA.  Viilasenor (1-1) pitched three scoreless innings, giving up one hit and striking out two, to get the win. At the plate the Renegades were led by Kyle Willman, Zach Williams and Joe Pineda.  Willman was 2-3 with a run scored, Williams was 1-4 with 2 RBI and Pineda was 1-4 with an RBI and a run scored.

The baseball team plays at LA Pierce on Thurday at 2:00 PM before returning home on Saturday for a 12:00 Noon game, against LA Pierce.
