BASEBALL HAS WIN STREAK SNAPPED AT RIO HONDO

The BC baseball team had it's four game win streak snapped by Rio Hondo, in a non-conference game On Saturday.  Rio Hondo opened usp a 9-0 lead before the Renegades scored four runs in the top of the ninth inning to close the gap. But the threat stopped there, as Rio Hondo got out of the inning with a 9-4 win.  The Renegades weere held to five hits on the game.  Carson Watson went 2-4, Ryan Darbee and Konner Dodge each went 1-4 with an RBI and Branton Jaspar, who pinch hit for Zach Williams in the ninth inning, was 1-1 with an RBI and a run scored.  Taylor Burns, who was the fourth BC pitcher on the day, threw two innings giving up one hit and no runs while striking out four.

BC is now (12-15, 7-3) on the season.  They will be at Reedley, on Tuesday, March 27th for a 1:00 PM game.
