Wrestling Takes 6th at Meat Head Movers Tournament

Renegade Wrestling took 6th place at the Meat Head Movers Tournament hosted by Cuesta College on Saturday, Oct. 20th.

San Luis Obispo, CA - Bakersfield College competed in the Meat Head Movers Tournament hosted by Cuesta College. As a team the Rengades placed 6th.

The Renegades had five individual placers: at 141 lbs. Izaiah Ozuna placed 5th, at 149 lbs. Emmett Kuntz placed 5th, at 185 lbs. Jeremy Maas placed 5th, at 197 lbs. Adrian Godinez placed 5th and at heavyweights Jacob Hall placed 2nd. Hall lost to the number one heavyweight in the state 3-2.

Coach Clark commented, "In all it was a good day we just have to keep working to prepare for the end Of the year." 

Be sure to come out and support your Renegade Wrestling team at home this Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 12pm as they take on Cuesta College in a dual match against confernece rival Cuesta College in the Gil Bishop Sports Center.
