Bakersfield, CA – Renegade Volleyball kept their Spring I abbreviated season winning streak alive at 7-0 after defeating visiting Antelope Valley 3-0 in the Gil Bishop Sports Center on Friday night.
The Renegades wasted no time wrapping up the first set, 25-9. In the second set, they didn't let off the gas and cruised to another win, 25-14. The Marauders came out with much more aggression in the third and took a slight the lead for a time however, BC would come back to close out yet another sweep with a 25-18 set victory.
BC now moves to 7-0 overall with five of those wins being straight set sweeps.
Leading the Renegades tonight was Alyson Dees with 15 kills and 10 digs. Emily Clark added 10 kills and 3 digs.
Next up, the Renegades will play at Antelope Valley tomorrow (3/27) at 3pm. The following week will then close out their Spring I season when they host Cuesta on Wednesday (3/31) at 5pm.
