Bakersfield College Baseball (25-10, 15-5) beat Citrus College (14-20-1, 7-13) 5-2 in Glendora Thursday afternoon to secure a spot in the postseason.
Monty Stevens (8-0) held Citrus to just an earned run and scattered four hits over six innings to remain undefeated in the regular season.
Cyrus Parsons picked up his third save of the season by holding Citrus scoreless for three innings, while striking out three Owls.
Kyle James led the 'Gades at the plate by going 2-4 with a run scored and an RBI.
Jassen Oliver hit an RBI double and scored a run.
BC will wrap up the regular season at 3pm Friday versus Citrus College at Gerry Collis Field.
