Renegades Roll to 8–2 Victory Over LA Valley at Home

BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Renegades delivered a complete performance Saturday afternoon, topping visiting LA Valley 8–2 on home turf, breaking a 6-game losing streak.

Freshman right-hander Aiden English threw seven strong innings, scattering six hits and allowing just one earned run while striking out five. He was backed by Tony Fabian, who closed the door with two perfect frames to secure the win.

Bakersfield set the tone early, plating three runs in the bottom of the first and never looked back. Jordan Brito and Nick Martin ignited the offense from the top of the lineup, combining for five runs scored and six hits, while Isaac Torres and Luke Mann each drove in two runs to pace the attack.

Trenton Hernandez also came through with a clutch two-run single in the third to help extend the lead to 5–0. From there, the Renegades continued to apply pressure, out-hitting LA Valley 12–6 and capitalizing on defensive miscues by the Monarchs.

BC will wrap up their season with a three-game series against Antelope Valley College starting Tuesday at home and ending Friday.
