Bakersfield, CA – Bakersfield College Football will kick off its 2025 home season on Saturday, September 6, when the Renegades take on Allan Hancock College at Memorial Stadium. This year's opener carries extra significance, as BC celebrates the 70th anniversary of Memorial Stadium.

In honor of this milestone, admission to the home opener will be free for all fans. The evening will also feature BC's annual First Responders Night, recognizing and celebrating the dedication of local heroes who serve our community every day.

As part of the celebration, BC Athletics will also pay tribute to the generations of Renegade football players who have competed at Memorial Stadium over the past seven decades. All former BC football student-athletes are invited to attend and be recognized during the event.

While admission to the opener is free, fans can purchase season tickets for the remainder of the 2025 campaign for just $35. To purchase in advance, please email Associate Athletic Director Carly Flowers.

VIP parking tickets will be available on game day only. Parking will be limited due to the construction taking place in P7 (Mt. Vernon and University).

A limited number of tailgating spots are still available; however, fans must make a reservation in advance to secure a spot.  BC Football Tailgating 2025 - Registration

The kickoff against Allan Hancock, originally scheduled for 4:00 p.m., has been officially moved to 6:00 p.m. to account for the warmer temperature expected that night at Memorial Stadium.
