Men's Golf Competes at Oakmont

GLENDALE, CA - The Bakersfield College Men's golf team turned in a strong performance at Oakmont Country Club in Glendale, finishing 2nd place out of 8 teams at the Western State Conference event.

Oakmont provided a tough test with narrow fairways and challenging greens, and the Renegades responded with a disciplined team effort from start to finish. Competing against a deep WSC field, BC stayed in contention all day and secured a podium finish.

Leading the way for Bakersfield College was Benjamin Slethei (Norway), who posted a solid round of 76, setting the pace for the Renegades and anchoring the team score.
