SANTA CLARITA, CA - The Bakersfield College Women's Golf team competed Monday at Encino Golf Course for WSC #6, finishing with a team score of 380 to take 5th place overall.

Sophomore Elizabeth Alderete led the Renegades with an impressive team-low round of 87, continuing to show steady improvement and leadership for the squad. Despite competing short-handed and still missing key players Izzy Brandon and Mia Townson, the team battled hard and demonstrated strong resilience throughout the round.

The Renegades will look to regroup and finish the fall season strong as they prepare to host the next WSC tournament on October 20 at Sundale Country Club in Bakersfield.
