Four Renegades Set to Continue Soccer Careers at the Next Level

BAKERSFIELD, CA. - Four Bakersfield College women's soccer student-athletes have earned the opportunity to continue their academic and athletic careers at four-year institutions, continuing the tradition of Renegades advancing to the next level.

Addyson Evens – California State University, Bakersfield (NCAA Division I)

Goalkeeper Addyson Evens will stay close to home as she joins the program at California State University, Bakersfield. In her lone season with the Renegades, Evens appeared in 15 matches with 13 starts, posting a stellar 0.92 goals-against average and .815 save percentage while averaging 3.31 saves per contest. Her strong play between the posts helped anchor the Bakersfield defense throughout the 2025 season.

Brooklynn Tucker – Lesley University (NCAA Division III)

Defender Brooklynn Tucker will continue her career at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Tucker was a dependable presence for the Renegades over two seasons, appearing in 39 matches with 37 starts. She recorded one goal and two assists during her career while helping stabilize the back line and contributing valuable leadership and consistency throughout her time at BC.

Alexandra Gallardo – Westcliff University (NAIA)

Forward Alexandra Gallardo will continue her collegiate career at Westcliff University in Irvine. One of the program's most productive offensive players in recent years, Gallardo finished her two-year career with 15 goals, six assists, and 36 points in 43 appearances. She recorded five game-winning goals and placed 40 of her 54 career shots on goal, becoming a constant threat in the attacking third for the Renegades.

Mercedes Ramirez – Dominican University of California (NCAA Division II)

Goalkeeper Mercedes Ramirez has signed with Dominican University in San Rafael after an outstanding two-year career at Bakersfield College. Ramirez appeared in 29 matches and made 29 starts, posting a career .789 save percentage while averaging 4.76 saves per game. She finished her career with a 1.64 goals-against average and was a key contributor to the Renegades' success over the past two seasons.
