SANTA MARIA, CA - The Bakersfield College women's swim team placed third out of five teams at the WSC #3 at Allan Hanock.
Leading the way was Audrey Vickers, who earned a third-place finish in the 1650-yard freestyle (20:53.80) while also contributing in multiple sprint and mid-distance events. Lilli Dorsett added a standout performance with a second-place finish in the 400 IM (5:30.50) and a top-10 showing in the 200 IM. Distance events proved to be a strength for the Renegades, as Jillian Byington (7th) and Zoe Neri (8th) both placed in the top eight of the 1650 freestyle.
Bakersfield also saw solid depth throughout the lineup, with Samantha Santiago recording an eighth-place finish in the 400 IM and Exayana Dominguez placing fifth in the 200 butterfly. Additional top-10 finishes came from Kiley Nance in the 200 backstroke (9th), while Megan Dudley led the sprint group with a 10th-place finish in the 100 freestyle.
Swimming will host their one and only meet this Saturday at Garces. Race time starts at 10:00AM.
