Renegade Cross Country Shines at BC Invite

BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield College women's cross country team continued to show steady progress with several personal records at the BC Invitational. The women finished third overall as a team. 

Freshman Sofia Moody led the way for the Renegades, finishing 5th overall with a time of 19:57.09, marking a new personal record. Sophomore Mia Leisenfelder also broke the 21-minute mark, earning 14th place in 21:01.84 (PR). Freshman Addyson Eggers followed close behind in 18th (21:21.51, PR), while Ashley Pitter (23rd, 21:54.93, PR) and Jennifer Salinas (27th, 22:27.18, PR) rounded out BC's top five scorers, all recording personal bests on their home course.
