Bakersfield, CA - Justin Harrington from Renegade Football has committed to continue his academic and football career at the University of Oklahoma.

Harrington, from Southeast Raleigh HS in Raleigh, NC, spent the last two season playing for BC. He totaled 97 tackles, 7 interceptions and two tackles for loss in his time as a Renegade. In addition Justin was named to both the 2018 and 2019 SCFA North 1st-Team All-Conference as a Safety. He was named the Renegade Athletics 2018-19 Male Newcomer of the Year for his breakout performance on the football field in his freshman season at BC.

Oklahoma is an NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) level school that competes in the Big 12 Conference. The current Sooner football team faces LSU in the first round of the College Football Playoff in the Camping World Bowl on Saturday, Dec. 28 in Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA.
