BAKERSFIELD, CA -The Bakersfield College men's golf program would like to announce the commitment of sophomore Caleb Jameson to Benedictine University, located in Meza, Arizona. 

Jameson will continue his collegiate athletic career on the golf team for the Redhawks under the direction of head coach Brady Barrett. Benedictine University is an NAIA school that competes in the California Pacific Conference. 

Caleb was the 2023 Team Captain and SoCal Regional qualifier. He will join a very competitive Benedictine University team this fall.

"I, without a doubt, know that Caleb's level of commitment to his game and team-driven mindset will allow him to thrive at Benedictine. I've loved having Caleb as a Renegade. He's been a join to coach and watch grow into the young man he's become. I'm excited to see him represent Benedictine on a larger stage and fight for a national title," said head coach Wes Coble.
