Kennedy Nielsen chipped in 17 points and three assists, but it wasn't enough against Antelope Valley Saturday night.

The Bakersfield College Women's basketball team (5-17, 4-8) lost 61-51 to Antelope Valley College (13-14, 8-4) on the road Saturday evening.
"I knew it would be tough to beat them twice in the same season," Dahl said of BC's 73-66 win January 20th.
Despite being outsized at every position, the Lady 'Gades outrebounded AVC 42-41.
"I'm proud of my kids because I told them to dream about rebouding, and at first they outrebounded us, and then we just turned it on," Dahl said.
Kennedy Nielson led the Lady 'Gades with 17 points, three assists, and one rebound.
The Lady 'Gades play their final home game this Wednesday, February 17th at 5pm in the Gil Bishop Sports Center.
