Bakersfield, CA - Renegade Women's Basketball student athletes Jasmyn Rodriguez, Dasia Wandick and Brianna Mendez have named to the 2018-2019 Western State Conference (WSC) All-Conference team.
Rodriguez, a sophomore guard from Foothill HS, was a constant on the team this season appearing in 24 games for the Renegades. She averaged 10.0 pts/game (241 total points) while leading the team in assists (136), steals (49) and blocks (30). Defensively, she also pulled down 137 rebounds.
Wandick, a freshman standout from Independence HS, was an offensive scoring force in her first year as a Renegade; leading the team in total points with 338 (14.1 pts/game). She finished the season second on the team in rebounds with 179 and also contributed 33 assists, 35 steals and 14 blocks.
Mendez, a sophomore forward from Arvin HS, lead the team in grabbing 180 total rebounds and was second on the team in total scoring with 275 points (11.5 pts/game). She also added 31 steals and 26 blocks.
