BC GRABS FIFTH PLACE FINISH OUT OF 24 TEAMS IN SANTA ANA

Pedro Corona led a field of four placers with a second place individual finish, and a fifth place team finish for the Renegades at the Santa Ana Tournament.

Bakersfield College wrestling fought to a fifth place finish out of a competitive 24 team field at the Santa Ana Tournament.

All-American sophomore Pedro Corona led the team with a second place finish in the 133 pound weight class, falling only to Fresno City College's Isaiah Perez, who also claimed Lower Weights MVP honors for the tournament. 

Freshman Emmet Kuntz continues to make waves, grabbing a third place finish at 149. 

Jeremy Maas and Ramiro Macias each placed 4th at 174 and Heavyweight respectively.
