Bakersfield, CA - Baseball pitcher Gabe Ulloa committed to continue his academic and athletic career across town at Cal State Bakersfield.

Ulloa, a right-handed product out of Delano HS, played the 2019 and 2020 seasons at BC for Head Coach Tim Painton. He finished the 2019 season pitching a total of 32.0 innings, collecting 25 strikeouts with a 3.66 ERA. In 2020 he appeared in only one game before an injury cut his season short prior to the COVID pandemic shutting the season down.

When they resume competition, Cal State Bakersfield is set to begin their first season as a member of the Big West Conference, a historically dominant NCAA baseball conference.
